It appears as though individuals can still register their firearms on line. All firearms must be verified.
The firearms office has indicated that verification will be done whenever a firearm is sold or transfered.
Bill C10 Has Passed-But What About our Gradnfathering? This bill has changed the grandfathering date to Dec. 31 1998.
Although this situation has been corrected, can we now register those 12-6 guns, can we buy new ones? Even though the bill
has been passed and given Royal Assent, the new regulations have not been written. Until they are, the Bill cannot be proclaimed.
MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO PLAY SAFELY
Remember you are responsible for your firearms 24 hours a day seven days a week.
Make sure that you alone has the keys or know the combination to your storage cabinet, if possible use combinatiosn locks
at all times.
